IT engineer profile with Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Proven Experience in Cisco Equipment Management, Network Protocols and standards Strong knowledge of operating system • Proven experience in virtualized environments. • Must have thorough understanding of LAN/WAN and server architecture for installation, administration, and on-going maintenance • Must have a thorough understanding of applied networks technologies including: protocols, RF, optical ring topology, etc • Must have a thorough understanding, Voice telephony and related infrastructures • Enterprising, stress resistant, communicative, organized, analytical, pragmatic • Must be detail oriented, able to work independently in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines • Have a continuous improvement mindset for the systems and processes for their respective areas of responsibilities • Ability to communicate constructively with the user community and with system editor support services as well as working in team • Willing and able to work in standby rotation for 24/7 support of the terminal
• Fluent in English, both in word and in writing
-Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent. -5 years’ experience in IT roles with a minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in a similar position. -Working language is English but ability to communicate verbally in Arabic and French is needed.

QUALIFICATION •Automation Engineer degree from an Accredited university •2-3 years relevant work experience in an industrial machinery environment as an automation engineer- marine port terminal preferred •Proven experience in automation projects
Knowledge: •Expert in PLC, SCADA and instrumentation •Professionalism in an Port/Terminal environment or a heavy industry •Can work with a wide range of cultures and personnel Ability: •Works shift hours •Maintains high energy levels over long periods of time
Requires a master degree in logistics, Port operations management or related fields •Requires a background of at least 10 years of experience in container terminal operations environment including experience at a middle management level in an operations department •Ability to work under pressure, anticipates potential problems and diagnoses, evaluate and resolve logistical problems as they happen in order to meet operational performance objectives and deadlines
•Requires very good knowledge and experience of vessel, yard, gate planning and execution
Education: •Requires a master degree in finance and accounting fields.
Master Degree in Transportation, Economics, Business Studies or Logistics. •Experience of at least 5 years in dealing with the Moroccan Port environment in a management role. •Proven experience in dealing with customs clearance processes, port formalities or trucking activities in/with the port complex of Tangier Med. •In-depth knowledge and experience of the different processes, actors and regulations involved in the flow of import/export container. •Excellent knowledge of Government Agencies (especially Customs) imports and exports procedures. •Excellent communicator, able to build up relationships at all levels and influence others without formal authority. •Ability to be a problem solver and an independent facilitator in which to resolve any customer issue with due respect of company policies. •Must be conversant with MS Office suite. •Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
