La mission :

Au sein du bureau de Rabat et sous la direction Directeur Administratif et Financier, vous aurez pour mission de prendre la responsabilité du contrôle de gestion pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe avec en particulier :

  • L’amélioration des outils et dashboards en place ainsi que la création de nouveaux dashboards adaptés à l’activité et au besoin de Digimind
  • Le suivi et analyse du P&L  hebdomadaire et mensuel pour les différentes lignes produits et les différentes entités du groupe et présentation au management
  • Le suivi et contrôle des dépenses des opérationnels
  • La participation aux clôtures mensuelles
  • L’analyse des résultats et des écarts (CA, Marge, Opex)
  • Le suivi et contrôle du budget

Force de proposition et créatif, vous participez et provoquez l’amélioration continue et l’optimisation de nos process et de nos outils.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

  • Formation +5 en comptabilité / contrôle de gestion / finance
  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum idéalement dans un contexte international
  • Français impératif et Anglais courant
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences relationnelles et êtes capable de collaborer avec une variété d’interlocuteurs aussi bien internes qu’externes.
  • Vous avez une maîtrise avancée d’Excel et des outils d’analyses associées
  • Vous faites preuve d’organisation, de rigueur, d’adaptabilité et d’autonomie
  • Vous êtes doté d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

Your main missions will be to :

  • Organise and manage the Customer Advocacy team in charge of:
  1. remotely helping the onboarding of clients through adapted tools (Zendesk Chat as an example),
  2. remotely checking the usage and setup quality of our clients’ platforms over time,
  3. Look for improvement opportunities as a result of the customer data. Programmatically track on-boarding milestones and seek to reduce the amount of time and improve customer NPS scores for each subsequent journey
  4. Participate in the setup of clients platforms environments,
  5. Update and maintain online sources catalogues for the need of our clients,
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team, and provide reports as needed
  • Coach and mentor team members with a focus on professional development and upstream thinking
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data, suggesting improvements in the tools and methods to help scale the team

  • Customer Satisfaction mindset: to deliver a great Customer Experience, the “Serve the client” mindset is key in this position.
  • Communication: The success of Customer Advocacy relies on a large number of different  people worldwide, it requires that employee communicate clearly and often.
  • Analytical Analysis:Customer Advocacy is about tracking satisfaction evolution over time and through different means, the collaborator will have to design dashboards,  track and analyse large sets of data and recognise trends.
  • Change management: to make sure that all team members follow the same process, it necessitates training and change management capacities associated with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • English: Since you collaborate with resources spread worldwide, the position requires the employee to be bilingual in English.  

Who are we looking for:

  • Business: an experience in Customer Management, Customer Success and Support will be highly valued
  • Market: an experience in the SaaS industry, social media, and/or abroad (U.S., U.E.) will be considered with interest.
  • Technology: broad experience of various Customer Management and data applications is expected

Responsibilities

  • Delivering wireframes, ux flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, final assets
  • Work closely with business team and stakeholders in driving user goals
  • Create Cross platform responsive web applications for mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Design the graphics, icons and user interfaces
  • Work with engineering in implementing the user interface

Ideal candidate:

  • Full stack designer (interaction, usability, graphic design)
  • Experience creating responsive designs that look and work great on any device
  • Expert in Sketch and prototyping tools such as Invision, Axure, Marvel…
  • Knowledge of html, css, and javascript is a plus
  • Icon, illustration, and product design experience
  • Excellent graphic design and typography skills
  • A first experience in a tech company
  • Powerful work ethic

About the position

We are currently looking for a Sales Operation Manager to undertake projects to increase sales effectiveness

Main responsibilities

  • Data Management: You design the processes and manage / evaluate data to reach all types of sales objectives such as
  1. identify/manage new leads
  2. manage sales opportunities determine the health of an account
  3. identify growth opportunities
  4. evaluate the  effectiveness of a product or campaign.
  • Application Management: You design and specify the tools that will produce data for the sales team, as a consequence you must oversee and master the use of various applications and platforms.
  • Training and documentation: You have the responsibility of training and ensure change management with new and current employees on Sales processes, as well as creating / maintaining associated relevant process documentation.
  • Evaluation and Implementation: You evaluate processes and data, you ensure the success of a product/process implementation with adapted change management measures.
  • Performance Management: You build and maintain dashboards for sales activity reporting, metrics and performance indicators.
  • Sales Team Organisation: You participate to a global efficient sales team organisation.

Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical analysis skills such as design dashboards,  tracking and analysing large sets of data, recognising trends
  • Change management capacities associated with strong leadership skills to take care of training and implement processes
  • Native English speakers prefered, bilingual is accepted since you’ll be communicating with collaborators worldwide
  • An experience in sales will be highly valued
  • A broad experience of various sales platforms (Salesforce)  and data applications is expected
