Opportunity awaits on our beautiful Resort Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort… Courtyard by Kerzner International currently has an opening for a talented #Resort_Manager to strive to create a memorable guest experience and lead an amazing team!
The Resort Manager will be an outstanding hands-on leader and have the intrinsic desire to meet the needs of our guests and team members.
Essential Functions are not limited to:
-Overseeing the daily management of operations
-Providing strategic direction.
-Planning and supervising the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of business and to enhance customer dedication.
-Expanding clientele by strengthening the Resort reputation and the guest experience.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant senior leadership role, Middle Est or North Africa experience.
-Great background in F&B.
-Excellent communication in both English & French.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-A business mindset, strong in planning & analyzing figures and market, budgeting and financial management.
-Needs to ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Food and Beverage Director
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced #Food_and_Beverage_Director in our unique Resort designed by Kerzner International Group to offer amazing experiences and everlasting memories!
We are looking for a talented F&B Director who will be responsible for the dining experience of guests at all the Resort venues and instrumental to enhance and influence the overall guest experience while maintaining compliance with company practices, cost projections, and mission statements.
Main responsibilities are not limited to:
-Planning, organizing and directing the whole Food & Beverage service operations.
-Creating and maintaining menus that correspond to the highest satisfaction of guests.
-To be involved with staff management and development, guest interactions, office administration duties and relationship with vendors.
-Controlling inventory and monitoring budget expenses and costs to maximize revenue and profit while ensuring guaranty of best quality.
-Ensuring sanitation and safety standards and laws are met.
-High degree in Hospitality Management or related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as Director of F&B within large operation
-Excellent English & French
-Excellent interpersonal skills
