In 2003, P&G North West Africa Hub was created to manage both Morocco and Algeria, which are two pillars of North West Africa Region.

PROCESS ENGINEER – PRODUCT SUPPLY

Manufacturing

Manufacturing is the organization that produces consumer goods to supply the market in accordance with the expectations of our customers in terms of quality, time and at the lowest cost. So many opportunities for projects on which we offer you to join us.

Production – Making This is the department that mixes our products, from recipes sent by R & D. Priority for making is to produce in large quantities and with flexibility, a product according to the original recipe, to deliver the packing lines in time . The heart of the engineering profession in making is the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to eliminate any loss in different stages : formula change time reduction, decrease downtime , operator training on chemical process, development of maintenance plans…

 

Quality

The Quality department manages the quality assurance of our products, that is to say all the systems that ensure that we produce a consistent quality in line with consumer expectations and in accordance with local laws and P&G rules. It validates all the formulas and equipment prior to production, and is also responsible for the study of “non-standards” to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles.

STRATEGIC SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Key Account Manager you will :

 

– Influence customers and distributors to build their business through merchandising and pricing actions on our brands.

– Develop assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research

– Design business plans which will deliver each brand volume, share objectives

– Be our external face in the market. It offers you a unique opportunity to work with the customers (retailers) in activities spanning from field sales to key account management and sales support in different teams.

– Help customers develop programs which will build the business for them and us

FINANCIAL ANALYST

“Leading strategy development and execution for sustainable growth”

The F&A department is about leading the strategy development process for the Company and support the businesses with leading edge thinking, and quality implementation. We use our skills and the breadth of our experience to provide guidance to key business decisions. We are at the forefront of looking for ways to improve productivity and reduce losses, to meet or exceed the expectations of our consumers. F&A leads in the development and maintenance of the Company’s external compliance and internal controls.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

– Typical early assignments include Financial Analysis for one of our brands or product categories in our country organizations, Financial Analysis of upstream projects, Profit, forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.

– Alternatively, it could include Financial Analysis in Customer Business Development (Sales) Finance, or Plant Financial Management looking after and optimizing our manufacturing facilities.

Examples of work could include cost/benefit and investment analysis of new brands, profit forecasting for the current year on the brands you look after, financial business planning looking at our turnover and profit growth 2-3 years out, working on competitive intelligence, or designing new processes to ensure full financial control and understanding in the company.

Your skills will be developed through the varied experiences you obtain as well as extensive on-the-job and off-the-job trainings.
