Chargé des Affaires Réglementaires

Chargé d’affaires réglementaires des dispositifs médicaux, afin d’assurer la veille réglementaire et normative correspondante à l’activité de la société, et veiller à la conformité par rapport la législation Marocaine.

Vos tâches et vos responsabilités:

  • Préparer les dossiers d’enregistrements des dispositifs médicaux;
  • Préparer les dossiers d’autorisations d’importation et d’utilisation de matériels radiologiques;
  • Préparer les demandes d’agréments et de dispenses des composants des dispositifs médicaux qui ont une fonction de communication;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes externes et internes pour fournir la contribution réglementaire requise afin d’atteindre les objectifs réglementaires et les objectifs généraux de l’entreprise;
  • Suivre l’avancement des dossiers auprès des organismes notifiés;
  • Veiller à ce que les certificats d’enregistrements et les autorisations d’importation des dispositifs médicaux soit maintenue / mise à jour de manière appropriée;
  • Conseiller et assister sur les aspects réglementaires les services concernés;
  • Assurer le bon entretien de la documentation du produit et de la base de données de documents de réglementation locale;
  • Réaliser de la veille réglementaire nationale et internationale et diffuser ces informations au sein de l’entreprise si nécessaire;
  • Gérer les audits réglementaires;
  • Rédiger des procédures inhérentes à l’activité réglementaire.

Vos qualifications et votre expérience:

  • Formation de niveau Bac +5 à dominante affaires réglementaires biologie, chimie, droit de la santé, ingénierie biomédicale;
  • Fraîchement diplômée ou avec 1 an d’expérience au poste de chargé d’affaires réglementaires dans le domaine médical;
  • Diplomatie et facilités de communication pour assurer l’interface avec les autorités compétentes;
  • Maîtrise des évolutions réglementaires;
  • Connaissance pratique des logiciels informatiques courants (WORD, EXCEL, Adobe Acrobat, etc.);

As a Product Porfolio & Application Specialist you’ll be responsible for Application and Marketing related tasks for our In Vitro modalities: Laboratory Diagnostics (Biochemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Specialties, …), Molecular Diagnostics and Point of Care (Diabetes, Urine analysis, Blood Gaz …).

Main responsibilities:

Application Specialist:

  • You’ll serve as Application and Customer Support on a 2nd Level
  • You’ll perform onsite customer training and application support

We are currently looking for a Sales & Portfolio Solution Manager CT/MRI for our African Area.   

The person will report to the Head of the In-Vivo department.

The Sales & Portfolio Solution Manager is a strategic role for the imaging business within our local organization.

Responsibilities:

-You are responsible for the market analysis, yearly business planning and periodic business reviews, regular contacts with customers and this throughout the whole lifecycle of the business. 

-You translate the clinical needs of our customers into the right solution within our broad portfolio and assures competitive price set-up in alignment with the local, regional and global organization. To do so, you strongly collaborate with different internal teams (Sales, Application, CS, …).

-You detect potential Key Opinion Leaders in the market and develop proactively a strategic collaboration in close contact with key decision makers in the FBA zone and HQ.

-You are deploying the corporate strategy into a local one taking into account the specific requirements of the local markets for a specific product.
