Varroc Lighting Systems renforce sa présence à l’heure où elle établit un centre de fabrication et de développement de produits au Maroc. Ce projet est la dernière étape en date de l’initiative de l’entreprise visant à renforcer ses capacités à l’international en tant que grand développeur et fabricant de systèmes d’éclairage extérieur de prochaine génération destinés à l’industrie automobile.

Cette usine sera située dans la « Tanger Automotive City », un grand centre industriel offrant des liens essentiels avec l’Europe du Sud grâce au « Tanger-Med Port », l’un des plus grands ports d’Afrique. Une fois construits, l’usine et le centre de développement devraient créer des centaines d’emplois pour toute une série de fonctions. Ces installations ont été annoncées lors d’une cérémonie qui s’est tenue le 11 décembre 2017 à Casablanca sous l’égide de Son Altesse royale le roi Mohammed VI.


PD Electronics Manager

Responsibilites

Responsible for leading the team and responsible for team results/goals
Responsible for the tasks distribution/tracking and prioritizing
Team development (Training plans, Skill matrix, etc.)
Goals setting and evaluation
Leading the solving process of critical product/project/ process issues with internal/external customers and suppliers
Participation in customer audits and quality audits in case of need
Support of new business quotations according to approved business plan
Ensure finance impact of the design
Ensure meeting and reporting of Engineering KPIs
Budget data preparation and budget respecting, incl. Engineering cost development and tracking

Education Requirement(s)

University degree (BAC + 5)
Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills (global role)
Fluent English and French is a must

Experience Requiremens

Min. 5 years of experience in similar position
Experience in Engineering in global company with its own development (R&D)
The ability to plan and lead the team for design while meeting deadlines, quality and cost requirements

We ar looking for an Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly :

       He/she is governed by the organizational rules of the company, all relevant internal

standards and procedures and generally applicable legal regulations.

He/she participates in the specifications of new technological equipment and production units. He/she participates in the specification of new tools and dedicated equipment.
